Wedding Breakfast (aka lunch)

A celebratory buffet of plant based food provided by calm and kind – please let us know in advance of any intolerances or fussy children (we don’t want to hear about fussy adults).

Canapes

Chipotle black bean mini tortilla wraps.

Main

Plant based sausage, root veg and baked mushrooms in a wholesome casserole with fresh thyme, kale and olive oil.

Cheesy macaroni pasta in a velvety rich cashew and butternut sauce, topped with crispy garlic-rosemary breadcrumbs.

Side

Roasted smashed baby potatoes with a fresh parsley, hazelnut and thyme pesto.

Shredded fresh beetroot, quinoa, toasted walnut and rocket salad scattered with hemp seeds and crumbled plant based feta with a balsamic lemon zest dressing.

Big bowls of beautifully smooth hummus and dips surrounded by fresh vegetable crudités and rosemary-olive oil ciabatta slices.

Puddlings

Raw raspberry and blueberry cashew cheesecake squares studded with whole fruit and topped with berries, flaked coconut, toasted buckwheat and edible flowers.

Creamy lemon zest cheesecake pots with a crumbly biscuit base and topped with fresh raspberries, passion fruit and petals.

Tea/Dinner

Dinner will be leftovers and maybe some microwave pizza if you’re good. MAYBE even some meat?!
